Boris Cvilinder (CRO)
Diplomirani kineziolog, osnivač, vlasnik i glavni trener u Ultimate Performance Gym, te osnivač, vlasnik i glavni trener u Pose Method Croatia. Pored toga u stalnom je procesu edukacije i educiranja, kako sebe tako i ostalih. Aktivan sportaš i trener u triatlonu dugi niz godina. „Pose Metoda“ je protokol kojim se trkač uči pravilnom koraku, poziciji tijela i ekonomičnosti pri kretanju na jednostavan i učinkovit način i sa kojim će polaznici kampa biti upoznati. Tilen Potočnik (SLO)
Institucija kretanja u prirodi! Pustolovac za višegodišnjim iskustvom, individualno ili timski sudionik više utrka iz „AR World Series“ širom svijeta ( Kanada, Francuska, Španjolska...). Zadnje desetljeće se okreće orijentaciji i na poslijetku Trail utrkama. Kamp sa njim dobija velikog motivatora, sjajnog tehničara i iznad svega velikog sportaša iza koga su odlični rezultati na Ultra distancama. To ga je i dovelo u Salomon Slovenia team. Tilen Potočnik…an institution of moving in the nature. An adventurer with many years of experience, as an individual or as a team member he participated in several races from the “AR World Series” around the world (Canada, France, Spain…). In the last decade he turned to orientation and finally to trail races. Having him in our camp means that we will have a great motivator, excellent technician and above all a big sportsman who has achieved outstanding results at Ultra distances. Aleksandar Miketa (CRO)
Viši fizikalni terapeut, u suradnji sa suprugom vodi "Centar za promicanja zdravlja Miketa". Kompetencije u edukaciji multidisciplinarnog pristupa sažima u fokus koji za cilj ima da nauči klijenta što efikasnijem pokretu uz adekvatnu kontrolu. Na taj način se preveniraju ozljede i poboljšavaju performanse te ishod trčanja čine predvidljivim. „RUN STRONG“ protokol je metodološki pristup vježbama vlastitim tijelom koje za cilj imaju osnaženje osnovnih obrazaca kretanja. Usvajanje istih će popraviti fleksibilnost i mobilnost, osnažiti stabilnost i agilnost te razviti funkcionalnost i jakost koja će biti oslonac svakom obliku kretanja pa tako i trčanju bez nepotrebnih povreda. Aleksandar Miketa is a senior physical therapist and together with his wife runs “Health Promotion Center Miketa”. Competences in educating a multidisciplinary approach are summarized in a focus that aims to teach clients efficient moves with adequate control. In this way, injuries are prevented, performance is improved, and running outcome becomes predictable. The “RUN STRONG” protocol is a methodological approach to exercises with own body aimed at strengthening basic patterns of movement. Adopting these exercises will enhance flexibility and mobility, strengthen stability and agility, and develop functionality and vigor that will support every form of movement as well as running, without unnecessary injuries. |
